The Project Stages
Our project management approach follows the traditional stages :
- Inception
- Development;
- Execution;
- Monitoring and controlling; and
- Completion.
Change Management
Our approach is flexible as we recognise that goals and circumstances shift whilst the project is underway.
Change is a normal and expected part of the construction process. Changes can be the result of necessary design modifications, differing site conditions, material availability, contractor-requested changes, value engineering and impacts from third parties, to name a few. Change Management becomes critical and we take a consultative approach with Clients to ensure that the needs are met within the budget.
Project Example
When approached by a major telecommunications company, a project team was assembled to form part of the planning and upgrade workforce of the Client.
This project team forms an integrated part of the Client's own team to render deliverables jointly with the Client.
